		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree with you more.  You can be exceptional, but if people don&#039;t know you exist, how will they ever find your work to know that you&#039;re exceptional?  I think people need to &quot;know&quot; you in some sense before they invite you in, and maybe even before they decide to keep you around after they discover what you&#039;re about.</description>
